I am a licensed mental health counselor who is physically disabled with a hereditary neuromuscular disease. I have experienced many types of trauma, many acts of charity, severe mood disorders, incredible blessings, profound loss, resilient love, and so much more. I use what I have experienced to help others by seeking out training and knowledge on what I’ve been through, finding solutions to problems, and sharing that knowledge with others in various ways. By doing this, I make meaning of my suffering, increase connection, and build self-purpose.

I have many achievements and talents, including my degrees and artistic works, and I hope to use my strengths to make a positive mark on your life.
